PCL Construction is celebrating three team members named to On-Site Magazine’s 2026 Top 40 Under 40 in Canadian Construction: Landon Douglas, manager, Special Projects; Jonathan Rodrigues, manager, Special Projects; and Andrew Fleetwood, director, Preconstruction, Solar Canada. Based in British Columbia, Douglas has built experience across major buildings, civil infrastructure and renewable energy while leading PCL’s Special Projects team and mentoring emerging professionals. Rodrigues leads Special Projects in Toronto, bringing 16 years of experience delivering complex healthcare, laboratory, retail and institutional construction while supporting PCL’s self-perform operations and team development. Fleetwood provides preconstruction leadership for PCL Solar Canada, helping advance renewable energy projects from early planning through execution. The annual Top 40 Under 40 program recognizes emerging Canadian construction leaders based on professional achievement, innovation, leadership and community involvement. The three honourees reflect PCL’s expertise across special projects, complex buildings and Canada’s growing clean-energy infrastructure sector.
