The Ontario Home Builders’ Association (OHBA) has announced the winners of the 2025 OHBA Awards of Distinction, recognizing outstanding achievements in Ontario’s residential construction industry. Celebrated during a prestigious gala, the awards honour innovation, design excellence, and community leadership across seven major categories, including architectural design, renovation, sales and marketing, and the esteemed Prestige Awards.

Top honours include Tridel as Builder of the Year – Large Volume, recognized for its agile marketing strategy, commitment to community economic development, and advocacy on mental health and technology adoption through RESCON. Terra View Custom Homes Ltd. earned Builder of the Year – Small Volume for its digital marketing leadership and national recognition in Net Zero home building. Amsted Design-Build was named Renovator of the Year, with its “35 Acts of Service” campaign and mental health program developed with Algonquin College and the Royal Ottawa Hospital. My Design Studio received Service Professional of the Year for delivering innovative, client-focused design and technology solutions that drive revenue and engagement.

The Prestige Award winners include:

• Project of the Year – Low-Rise: Silvergate Homes for Prudhomme Landing
• Project of the Year – High/Mid-Rise: Brixen Developments Inc. for Exhale Residences
• People’s Choice Award: Silvergate Homes for Prudhomme Landing
