Graham has completed O2 Metrotown in Burnaby, British Columbia, a wellness-focused residential development designed around principles of the WELL Building Standard. Serving as Construction Manager/General Contractor, Graham supported the project from preconstruction and concept design development through City of Burnaby approvals and completion. O2 Metrotown features a 285-unit residential tower and an adjacent five-storey wood-frame building with 53 rental units, constructed above four levels of underground parking. Health and wellness features include commercial-grade air purification, advanced water filtration, smart VRF heating and cooling systems, access to nature and dedicated workspaces. Residents also have access to 7,200 square feet of indoor and outdoor amenities, including a fitness centre, yoga studio, children’s play area, rooftop urban garden and social spaces. Public art by Musqueam artist Thomas Cannell further contributes to the development’s connection to art, nature and community. O2 Metrotown represents Graham’s second collaboration with Keltic Development following The Paramount in Richmond, BC.
