Graham has completed the redevelopment of The Winston Golf Club clubhouse in Calgary, Alberta, delivering a 21,000-square-foot facility designed to support golf, dining, events and year-round social activities. Working as General Contractor alongside FWBA Architects, Graham participated in preconstruction and design development before delivering the project under a Construction Management contract. The redevelopment combines portions of the original clubhouse with new construction and includes restaurant, lounge and patio areas overlooking the golf course, banquet and meeting facilities, locker rooms, a pro shop, golf simulators, club storage and administrative space. A central atrium connects the main entrance with the restaurant, banquet hall and commercial kitchen while providing access to lower-level golf facilities. The project required careful coordination of structural, architectural and building systems to integrate retained portions of the existing building while accommodating ongoing golf course operations. Completed in July 2026, the clubhouse provides a contemporary facility while maintaining a connection to The Winston Golf Club’s Calgary history dating back to 1923.
