Graham has been awarded the Elevated Guideway at 114 Avenue and Barlow Trail S.E. as General Contractor, expanding its work with the City of Calgary on the Green Line LRT program. The project will construct approximately 570 metres of elevated guideway to carry Green Line trains over the busy southeast Calgary intersection, supporting efficient transit operations and improved connectivity. Graham’s scope includes construction and installation of piers, girders and the bridge deck, along with earthworks, drainage improvements, grading and retaining walls. The contract builds on Graham’s previous work at the site, where crews installed 22 piles and completed several road reconfigurations over the past year. This existing site knowledge will support the next phase of construction, which began in July 2026. Once complete, the 114 Avenue and Barlow Trail Elevated Guideway will become an important component of Calgary’s Green Line LRT infrastructure and contribute to a more connected and accessible public transportation network as the city continues to grow.
