Framing Layout Coordination with Mechanical Design

When duct designs are integrated with the framing plan, mechanical designers are able to efficiently layout and specify a duct system with as few fittings as possible, also minimizing the need for bulkheads and box-outs within the interior of the home. This coordinated design effort contributes to improved aesthetics, air circulation and comfort within the home.
