The Ledcor Construction Limited team has won the 2022 Vancouver Regional Construction Association (VRCA) Award of Excellence for Construction Workplace Health & Safety Innovation for their Excavation Extraction Rescue System (EERS).
This video demonstrates how EERS works and can be used to safely and expediently extract a worker from an excavation site in the event of an emergency. EERS can be implemented and used at any stage of excavation.
