The Prairies PropTech Association invites builders, innovators, and industry leaders to join its next Virtual Roundtable: “Open PropTech Discussion – Adoption & Adaptation.”

This 90-minute online session explores how construction technology and digital transformation are reshaping housing adaptability across Canada. The discussion will focus on practical strategies for bridging the gap between innovation and implementation—helping builders integrate new technologies that improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance the customer experience.

A key highlight will be the launch of the PropTech Sandbox—a no-cost, government-funded pilot initiative that allows builders to test new solutions before investing. This collaborative testing ground, supported by PrairiesCan and Alberta Innovates, is designed to accelerate adoption by removing financial and technical barriers.

Participants will also share insights from ongoing PropTech case studies and explore how data, AI, and automation are transforming workflows in residential construction.
