Graham is moving forward with the construction of the Regina Specialized Long-Term Care facility, following successful completion of the Early Contractor Involvement (ECI) phase. Located on a greenfield site in southeast Regina, the five-storey facility will offer 240 specialized care beds and feature essential amenities, including therapy spaces, Indigenous gathering areas, and staff facilities. Designed in collaboration with Stantec and RJC Engineers, the project is being delivered for the Government of Saskatchewan and is set for completion in fall 2028.
