July 4, 2018 acquires Cycle Profix Inc. Inc. (“QuickContractors”) announced today that it has acquired Cycle Profix Inc. (“Profix”) a Montreal-based National retail service provider specializing in in-store assembly, including bicycles, seasonal products and exercise equipment. Founded in Montreal Quebec in 1996, Profix grew from supporting local stores in the greater Montreal area to offering services to several national big-box retailers across Canada, completing millions in annual revenues.

Following the acquisition, Quick Contractors immediately expanded the Montreal based team, which now operates in parallel with its home office in Guelph. This synchronicity has allowed both the residential and in-store services to benefit from a larger and more specialized staff.
