The investment will fuel global expansion and the advancement of automated architectural capabilities, streamlining design workflows for brokers, landlords, architects, contractors, and tenants.
qbiq’s software simplifies architectural planning, enabling users—both architects and non-architects—to instantly generate optimized floor plans, 3D visualizations, quantity estimates, and CAD/Revit models. By automating complex design processes, qbiq significantly reduces decision-making time and deal cycles, transforming how commercial real estate planning is executed.
Since launching in 2023, qbiq has created over 400 million square feet of architectural layouts in hours instead of weeks, rapidly accelerating real estate transactions. CEO Leeor Solnik initially set a 100 million square foot target, which was quadrupled by 2024, with the company now approaching 1 billion square feet.
Insight Partners’ Managing Director, Liad Agmon, who has joined qbiq’s board, highlighted the platform’s game-changing ability to eliminate the tedious, manual process of space planning, saving businesses time and money. Agmon noted that office relocations, previously requiring weeks of coordination, can now be streamlined within minutes using qbiq’s AI.
