Pitt Meadows Plumbing Expands Leadership Structure for Next Stage of Growth

Pitt Meadows Plumbing & Mechanical Systems (PMP) is strengthening its leadership structure as the B.C.-based company and its related businesses expand their capabilities across mechanical construction, sheet metal, mechanical design, service and post-occupancy support.

The changes are designed to increase leadership capacity, strengthen shared systems and support increasingly complex projects across Western Canada.

New Group-Level Leadership Appointments

As part of the restructuring, Sam Revel has been named Vice President & Group Chief Operating Officer, Alexandra Desautels becomes Vice President & Group Chief Financial Officer, and James Zelinski has been appointed Group Chief of Staff.

The executives will provide group-level support across operations, finance, planning, innovation, systems, communication and strategic execution.

According to PMP, the structure will give individual companies greater ability to focus on their core operations while benefiting from expanded shared services.

PMP Expands Senior Management Team

PMP is also strengthening its senior management structure. Kevin Ott continues as Director of Construction, while Nathan Robinson remains Director of Estimating & Procurement.

Additional appointments include Gordon McDonald as Senior Construction Design Manager, Phil Robinson as Senior Operations Manager, Jonathan Brubacher as Senior Administration Manager and Duncan Stefurak as Group Controller.

Together, the positions expand leadership depth across construction, estimating, procurement, design, safety, fabrication, administration, technology, finance and project delivery.

Preparing for More Complex Mechanical Construction

The leadership changes follow continued growth across PMP and the broader group, including expanded capabilities, larger projects, new markets and increased collaboration across business functions.

Rather than focusing solely on expansion, PMP says its strategy is to build stronger systems, deeper leadership capacity and better organizational support for the teams delivering complex mechanical construction projects.

The new structure is intended to provide the operational foundation required to support the group’s next stage of growth across Western Canada.
