Commercial UAV Expo 2026 and Pilot Institute have announced the full Pilot Hub program for this year’s event, taking place September 1–3 at Caesars Forum in Las Vegas. Designed to provide accessible, career-focused drone education, the Pilot Hub will be available to all event attendees at no additional cost.
Located inside the Exhibit Hall, the Pilot Hub is a dedicated learning space featuring expert-led sessions focused on drone operations, business growth, technical skills, and safety best practices.
The Pilot Hub program was developed using feedback from commercial drone operators. A joint survey conducted by Commercial UAV Expo and Pilot Institute revealed growing demand for hands-on training, business development strategies, and guidance on entering high-value drone service markets.
According to event organizers, drone professionals are seeking actionable insights rather than broad overviews. In response, every Pilot Hub session is led by experienced practitioners actively working in the field.
The 2026 Pilot Hub schedule includes eight specialized sessions designed to help drone pilots expand skills, improve operations, and grow revenue opportunities.
Key session topics include:
Commercial UAV Expo organizers emphasize that the Pilot Hub is intended to support drone pilots at every stage of their professional journey — from operators seeking their first paid project to established businesses expanding into enterprise markets.
Pilot Institute, which has trained more than 445,000 aviation and drone pilots, collaborated closely on the program design to ensure sessions deliver practical, immediately applicable knowledge.
All Commercial UAV Expo 2026 pass types include access to Pilot Hub programming. The complete event schedule, speaker lineup, and session details are available through Commercial UAV Expo, with registration now officially open.
