This International Women’s Day 2026, the Ontario Building and Construction Tradeswomen (OBCT) is recognizing the leadership, resilience, and collective strength of women working across Ontario’s skilled trades sector. A key priority for OBCT is the advancement of mandatory Anti-Discrimination and Anti-Harassment training for all construction workers in Ontario. As part of its International Women’s Day programming, the organization is hosting Women Leading the Way – An OBCT IWD Panel on March 5, 2026, at 6:00 PM EST. The event is open to tradeswomen across Ontario’s construction and building trades sector.
