Welcome to this week’s News Round Up published by Construction Links Network. 

Top news this week includes congratulating the winners of the Builders Code Champion Awards. These awards were launched last year to recognize companies that are taking proactive measures to eliminate discrimination, hazing, bullying and harassment on worksites in BC. 

I also want to give a shoutout to EllisDon’s Alliance of Black Employee and Leadership (ABEEL) as they launch the inaugural Shaping the Future Sponsorship Program enabling Canadian students to share their vision for a community that is more inclusive of the Black experience and without racism. 

The above-mentioned good news is a great way to end a tough year and offers hope for a much more positive 2021.
