MLITSD Inspections will start on July 2nd 

Starting July 2nd, the Ministry of Labour, Immigration, Training, and Skills Development (MLITSD) will begin its inspection period for various workplace compliance initiatives. To ensure your workplace is ready, here is what you need to know for each initiative:

Key Inspection Areas

Occupational Exposure Limits (OEL) Compliance

  • Exposure Limits: Ensure that airborne exposures do not exceed the established OELs. 
  • Exposure Reduction: Aim to reduce exposure to the lowest practical level for specific substances.
