BCCA-IN is supporting a growing number of skilled newcomers across Canada, including many settling in Alberta. While they bring strong technical experience, they often lack local industry connections and insight into how the construction sector operates here.
We’re looking for Alberta-based professionals – project managers, engineers, estimators, safety professionals, tradespeople, architects, and others, who are open to sharing practical guidance through a short-term, flexible mentorship (up to three months). The commitment is light, and there is no job placement expectation – just real conversations about navigating the industry in Canada.
If you’re interested in helping a newcomer build confidence and take their next career steps in Alberta, learn more here.
BCCA-IN is a nationwide initiative funded by Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC).
