Marlin Spring and Osmington Inc announce acquisition in Toronto

 

 

TORONTO, November 13, 2019 — Marlin Spring and Osmington Inc. has acquired 10-30 Dawes Road in Toronto, Canada. The property is located near other sites under development by Marlin Spring.

Marlin Spring and Osmington both of Toronto,  will develop a landmark mixed-use project with two high-rise towers with over 500 homes planned.

The transit-oriented project, which is located in the flourishing Danforth Village neighbourhood, is in easy walking distance to the Main Street Subway Station and Danforth Go Station, which is one stop to Union Station, Toronto’s main transportation centre. It’s prime location provides convenient access to a major shopping centre, community centre, parks and schools.
