In a move designed to reflect the expanding leadership roles within the company, KEITH Manufacturing Co. has named Mark Foster as chairman/CEO, Lindsay Foster-Drago as president and Melissa Henning as vice president. Foster had served as president since 2006, following the death of company founder Keith Foster.

As chairman/CEO, Foster will continue to direct company operations, focusing on manufacturing efficiencies and leadership. His career at the family-owned company dates back to childhood when he was responsible for pasting up advertisements for his father Keith Foster. Since then, he has held several positions, including managing director of the Europe offices.

Lindsay Foster-Drago will oversee international customer growth and strategy for KEITH Manufacturing Co., assisting the company’s continued focus on new international markets. Foster-Drago, the granddaughter of company founder Keith Foster, is the third-generation to hold a leadership position within the company. She joined 15 years ago, charged with implementing the company’s “lean manufacturing” initiatives.

Melissa Henning, also a granddaughter of Keith Foster, spent the past several years working in sales and customer service at KEITH. In her role as vice president, she is involved in the long-term planning for the company.

The reorganization sets the stage for the fourth-generation of family members to successfully lead the future of KEITH Manufacturing Co.
