Capital Square recently announced that it is teaming up with Groupe Armid, the Fonds immobilier de solidarité FTQ and the Fonds régionaux de solidarité FTQ Outaouais on a residential rental project in Gatineau. Slated for delivery in winter 2025, LATTI is located on Rue Seto, near the intersection of Boulevard du Plateau and Chemin Vanier, in the Plateau district. The building will feature 268 apartments over 12 floors and rooftop common areas including a pool with panoramic views, a highly sought-after amenity in the neighbourhood.
Just a stone’s throw from Forêt Boucher, the largest wooded area in western Gatineau, LATTI will promote well-being and community spirit. Not only are everyday necessities within walking distance, the neighbourhood boasts a network of bike paths. The building will therefore have 74 bike racks and possibly more, depending on demand. Bike sharing will also be offered to encourage active modes of transport. Focusing on sustainability, the project will feature a heat pump system and a roof with a white section to reduce heat islands and air conditioning consumption, and a green section to retain rainwater.
Inviting and inclusive, LATTI will appeal to professionals, families and retirees alike. Fifteen percent of the units will be accessible.
