CONEXPO-CON/AGG, the largest construction trade show in North America, has announced the debut of its Ground Breakers Stage—a new keynote platform showcasing the industry’s most influential innovators. Among the highlighted speakers is Jahmy Hindman, Senior Vice President and Chief Technology Officer at John Deere, who will headline the session on Tuesday, March 3, 2026, at 11:00 AM in Las Vegas.
Hindman, alongside John Deere experts Maryanne Graves (Manager, Product Management) and Jonny Spendlove (Manager, Precision Construction), will spotlight the latest in construction technology—particularly autonomous systems and smart solutions that address ongoing industry challenges such as labor shortages and productivity pressures.
“Contractors are building the critical infrastructure that connects our world, and they’re doing it amid growing challenges,” said Hindman. “At John Deere, we’re focused on delivering purposeful technology that helps them build smarter, faster, and more profitably.”
The Ground Breakers Stage, presented by Sherwin-Williams, will be a key feature at CONEXPO-CON/AGG 2026, which runs from March 3–7, 2026, at the Las Vegas Convention Center. The stage is designed to bring together the brightest minds in construction technology, from executives at Fortune 100 companies to trailblazing entrepreneurs.
“This new stage represents the future of our industry,” said Dana Wuesthoff, Show Director at CONEXPO-CON/AGG. “Leaders like John Deere are driving innovation in automation, hiring strategies, and digital construction—and we’re proud to provide a platform for those conversations.”
Held every three years, CONEXPO-CON/AGG attracts nearly 140,000 construction professionals from around the world. The 2026 edition promises to deliver robust educational sessions, networking opportunities, and over 2,000 exhibitors across 2.9 million square feet of show space.
As part of the evolving landscape of construction, this new keynote experience aims to foster real solutions to today’s challenges while paving the way for next-generation construction practices.
