There are five key pieces:

  2. Build trust and gain commitment from clients by understanding client expectations
  3. Follow storm progression using V-Alert and communicate with clients in the eye of the storm
  4. Identify relief points and organize assets as the storm evolves
  5. Setup localized command centers and mobilize crews once it is safe
