As construction teams across British Columbia face increasing delivery complexity, tighter labour conditions, and rising expectations around productivity and performance, Future of Work 2026 returns with a program designed to equip leaders with practical insight they can apply on active projects.
Hosted by Pitt Meadows Plumbing & Mechanical Systems at its Shop XL facility in Maple Ridge, Future of Work 2026 takes place April 23 and 24, 2026 and brings together owners, general contractors, and specialty trade leadership for two days of keynotes and industry discussions under the theme Powered by People, Driven by Technology. This year marks Revizto’s first year as Title Sponsor.
In addition to this year’s sponsor group, Future of Work 2026 is supported by leading general contractors in the region, including EllisDon, ETRO, Graham Construction, Kinetic, and Turner Construction.
Early bird Full Pass pricing ends March 13
A dedicated panel will address resilience and mental health in construction, featuring Mandy Gill (Author, Reset With Resilience), Angelo Suntres (Founder, Human Side of Construction), and Wally Adamchik, moderated by Kristine Szeto (Project Executive, Canadian Turner Construction).
A fireside conversation on workforce alignment and training pathways will feature:
Aleksei Myroniuk (Industrial Business Development, Victaulic) will deliver a featured talk on hyperscaling infrastructure and what it means for delivery readiness, coordination, and the construction workforce.
Future of Work 2026 will also include a construction technology panel and additional speakers and sessions. Our event website will announce additional panels/presentations as they are finalized at futureofwork.me.
Following the first day of programming, Future of Work 2026 will host its signature Industry Mixer on April 23 from 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm.
