With the additional console, our dedicated Measurement Canada representative (seconded) Andrew Kusmierek, P.Eng, and his team will be able to increase meter testing volumes and reduce delivery times for client projects.

Did you know that Measurement Canada is an agency of Innovation, Science and Economic Development Canada? It’s responsible for ensuring accuracy in the selling of measured goods, developing and enforcing the laws related to measurement accuracy, approving and inspecting measuring devices and investigating complaints of suspected inaccurate measurement.

Enercare Connections Inc. is granted accreditation by Measurement Canada (MC) that allows us to seal, install, inspect & maintain revenue grade metering systems.

When we seal and inspect metering systems, we are representing MC and working on their behalf.

What are Enercare Connections obligations?

• Report all installed metering systems
• Install and use metering equipment that is approved by Measurement Canada
• Verify approval numbers as part of purchasing, sealing and S-E-04 installation inspections
• Report breaking metrological and installation seals
• Keep quality documents throughout the lifetime of assets owned by Enercare Connections Inc.
• Undergo and pass regular surveillance audits
