They partnered with Snap One for superior brands to seamlessly integrate with the condo’s contemporary aesthetics, ensuring effortless homeowner control over the electronic features.

In close collaboration with clients, builders, and designers, Logic Integration carefully selected the perfect AV and networking components, motorized TV lifts, and more from Snap One. They skilfully integrated these with non-Snap One products into a cohesive system, governed by the Control4 automation platform. This user-friendly, adaptable platform provided comprehensive control for this large-scale remodel.

The penthouse’s defining feature is its expansive windows, offering breathtaking views while requiring shading solutions for heat and glare reduction. Logic Integration implemented motorized roller shades and a Control4 lighting system for efficiency and comfort. Residents can easily adjust lighting and shading with a single Control4 touch panel, keypad, or smartphone app.

Additionally, the penthouse features a motorized TV mount and a Control4 Media over IP system, delivering high-resolution audio and video. This system, coupled with Triad surround-sound speakers, offers an immersive audio-visual experience, controllable via a Control4 remote or smartphone app.

Logic Integration also installed an enterprise-grade Access Networks Wi-Fi network to ensure optimal connectivity amidst potential signal interference from the building’s structure and neighboring units.
