How Matukat Construction Uses Advanced Scheduling to Manage $100M+ in Active Projects

In commercial construction, schedules rarely fail all at once. They slip quietly: one trade falls behind, another makes it up, and suddenly no one is quite sure whether the project is truly on track or simply hoping for the best. For contractors managing multiple large projects at once, that uncertainty can be as dangerous as any missed deadline. At Matukat Construction, eliminating guesswork from scheduling became a priority as the company’s portfolio and complexity grew.
