ProNovos has partnered with Viva Capital to launch QuickPay, a game-changing construction finance solution designed to speed up payments between general contractors and subcontractors. Integrated directly into the ProNovos platform, QuickPay enables subcontractors to receive early payments in exchange for a small discount—improving cash flow without added paperwork or delays. Unlike traditional early pay programs, QuickPay doesn’t require general contractors to front the cash; instead, it draws from a dedicated capital pool powered by Viva Capital, protecting contractor liquidity while maintaining project momentum. General contractors also earn participation rebates, making it a strategic financial tool. QuickPay leverages real-time project data and analytics to streamline approvals and eliminate friction, with no personal guarantees required. Built specifically for the construction industry, it offers a faster, more flexible alternative to bank financing—ensuring everyone gets paid on time and with less hassle.
Layton Construction achieved an industry-leading milestone by onboarding 78% of trades by Conceptual Design and 90% by Design Development for a major hospital project in Montana—well before typical buyout timelines. Using Integrated Project Delivery (IPD), Target Value Design (TVD), and the Join platform, Layton aligned stakeholders early, locking in system decisions, cost certainty, and supply chain collaboration.
