Graham is proud to announce that they have recently signed a design-build agreement to design and build the new Dawson Creek and District Hospital, which has a total project value of approximately CDN $590M.

The new 263,000 sqft. hospital will be built on a greenfield site and will replace the existing hospital. The three-story facility will include an emergency department with 15 treatment spaces, 70 inpatient beds (providing medical, surgical, maternity, high acuity and mental health services), 2 operating rooms, a procedure room, diagnostic imaging, chemotherapy area, a perinatal unit (including labour, delivery, recovery and post-partum rooms), a nursery, mental health department, academic and teaching space, and pharmacy services. The facility will be built to meet LEED Gold certification.
