As an industry, we risk straying too far from what made us such an incredible line of work in the first place. We need to avoid giving our people unnecessary tasks and responsibilities, ones that occupy too much of their time and keep them from doing what they’re good at.

We need to learn to keep it simple by going back to the basics.
