BuilderFax is proud to announce that its CEO, Christi Pilutik, has been honored as a 2024 Woman of Vision by the Daily Journal of Commerce (DJC). This award highlights her contributions to the construction industry through many years of mentoring and leadership.

With over 20 years in construction, Christi has made a significant impact across the industry.  This includes her role as CEO of BuilderFax, where she is focused on making credential management easier for construction workers, ensuring they stay employed and ready for new opportunities. Her background includes senior leadership roles at Kiewit and Skanska, where she implemented major changes in business processes and workforce management.

Throughout her career, Christi has been recognized for her leadership, including her work at Kiewit, where she helped set up the company’s first shared service department, and at Skanska, where she improved the HR service delivery model and workforce analytics. She has also worked with schools and local construction firms to support workforce development in the community.

Christi is committed to mentoring future leaders in construction. As a certified CliftonStrengths coach, she has guided people at all levels, from interns to executives, to grow personally and professionally. She is also a fierce advocate for improving employee experience and founded ALTA Consulting to focus on workforce engagement.

The Daily Journal of Commerce will honor Christi, along with the other outstanding Women of Vision, at an awards ceremony later this month.
