In alignment with Quebec’s upcoming $164 billion Infrastructure Plan (QIP) spanning 2025–2035, Atwill-Morin Scaffolding, a division of Atwill-Morin, is making strategic moves to expand its footprint in the major civil projects sector. Backed by over $2 million in new investments in cutting-edge scaffolding equipment and workforce expansion, the company is gearing up to meet increasing demand in the construction and major works industry.

To spearhead this growth, Atwill-Morin has appointed Éric Landry as Director of Major Projects Scaffolding. With extensive experience managing scaffolding operations for high-profile infrastructure such as the Turcot Interchange, Jacques Cartier Bridge, and Olympic Stadium, Landry brings a wealth of expertise in contract management, logistics, and planning. His academic credentials include certifications in quality assurance, supply chain management, and administration from ÉTS and ESG – UQAM.

President Matthew Atwill-Morin emphasized that Landry’s appointment is central to the company’s goal of securing large-scale contracts related to aging civil infrastructure—bridges, highways, and more—set for renewal under the QIP. “Éric’s arrival gives us pragmatic access to new markets and ensures Atwill-Morin Scaffolding is positioned as a leader in the safety and support of Quebec’s most critical projects,” said Atwill-Morin.

This expansion is not just a business move—it represents a broader commitment to job creation, safety, and operational excellence. Landry highlighted the company’s values of health and safety, transparency, and integrity as key drivers for long-term success and team motivation.
