German Bionic has unveiled the Apogee ULTRA, the world’s most powerful series-production robotic exoskeleton, designed to support workers in logistics, manufacturing, construction, and healthcare. Providing 80 lbs (36 kg) of lifting support, it enhances worker safety, reduces fatigue, and boosts productivity. Demonstrated at CES, this advanced exoskeleton integrates AI-driven machine learning to adapt to users’ needs and continuously improve through over-the-air (OTA) updates.

The Apogee ULTRA offers Ultra Mode for extra strength when lifting heavy loads or assisting patients. Workers also benefit from active walking support, making long shifts less exhausting. Enhancing user engagement, the German Bionic Connect app tracks performance metrics such as steps taken and weight lifted, offering personalized insights and fostering worker involvement.
