Allnorth Appoints Greg Northcott as Chief Executive Officer to Lead Next Phase of Growth

Allnorth Consultants Limited has announced the appointment of Greg Northcott, CPA, CMA, as its new Chief Executive Officer, effective August 17, 2026. Bringing more than 25 years of executive leadership experience in the engineering, construction, and environmental services sectors, Northcott will lead the multidisciplinary firm through its next phase of strategic growth and operational excellence.

Experienced Engineering and Construction Leader

Northcott joins Allnorth following his role as Chief Executive Officer of Egis Canada, where he led the successful integration of a major acquisition, implemented the company’s long-term strategic plan, strengthened executive leadership, and significantly expanded its project backlog while maintaining a strong focus on operational performance.

Prior to Egis Canada, Northcott held several senior leadership positions at WSP Canada, including Chief Operating Officer, where he helped improve project execution, optimize national operations, and strengthen financial performance. His career also includes executive roles with MasTec Canada and AECOM Canada, providing extensive experience across engineering consulting, infrastructure, and construction services.

Supporting Allnorth’s Continued Growth

In his new role, Northcott will focus on building upon Allnorth’s strong reputation for delivering engineering, project delivery, and construction services while continuing to foster a culture centered on safety, employee engagement, technical excellence, and client service.

“I am incredibly honoured to join Allnorth and excited for the opportunity to work alongside our talented team and valued clients,” said Northcott. “I look forward to building on the company’s strong foundation, deep expertise, and client-focused culture as we continue to grow, deliver exceptional results, and realize our full potential together.”

Leadership Continuity for the Future

Current Allnorth CEO Bob Kroeger will continue serving as Chief Executive Officer of Allnorth Global Consultants Inc. while supporting Northcott and the executive leadership team in an advisory role. His continued involvement will provide strategic guidance, leadership continuity, and institutional knowledge as the company executes its long-term growth strategy.

“Greg is an accomplished leader with extensive experience building strong organizations, developing exceptional teams, and driving sustainable growth,” said Kroeger. “His leadership, vision, and deep understanding of our industry make him the ideal person to lead Allnorth into its next chapter.”

With Northcott’s appointment, Allnorth reinforces its commitment to delivering innovative engineering solutions, expanding client value, and supporting sustainable growth across Canada’s engineering, infrastructure, and construction sectors.
