ALICE Technologies Introduces ALICE Core

ALICE Technologies, a leader in construction technology, has announced the launch of ALICE Core, a groundbreaking addition to their renowned construction optioneering platform. ALICE Core is set to redefine efficiency and risk management in construction projects by integrating seamlessly with Oracle’s Primavera Cloud, Primavera P6 Professional, and Primavera P6 EPPM. This significant update expands the potential customer base, empowering construction professionals to harness AI for planning and executing capital projects.

The Oracle Primavera suite has been a staple for major contractors and project owners. ALICE Core’s integration means users can effortlessly import their schedules into ALICE, unleashing the power of AI for “what if” scenarios and construction optioneering. This tool allows for in-depth analysis of project schedules, exploring various scenarios like the addition of resources or dealing with unexpected delays. Users can fine-tune their construction plans, ensuring optimized schedules that are more resilient to changes and challenges.

ALICE Technologies also renamed its original product to ALICE Pro, maintaining its focus on efficiency and risk reduction. ALICE Pro offers the added advantage of integrating 3D models with schedules and estimates for a comprehensive 4D project visualization. With both ALICE Core and ALICE Pro available, customers can select the most suitable tool for their specific needs.

The company has further enhanced accessibility to its platform through a new token-based pricing model. This approach aligns with contemporary construction technology (contech) trends, making the platform more accessible for a broader range of users and projects.

In a strategic move, ALICE Technologies has joined the Oracle PartnerNetwork (OPN) and made ALICE Core available on the Oracle Cloud Marketplace. This collaboration enables deployment on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), offering customers a secure, high-performance, and scalable cloud environment. OCI’s diverse cloud options cater to various enterprise needs, ensuring regulatory compliance and efficiency for cloud-based construction workloads.

René Morkos, CEO of ALICE, expresses excitement about the potential of ALICE Core to amplify the impact of AI in construction. This integration simplifies the transfer of information between Oracle’s scheduling products and ALICE, enhancing the value of existing schedules through advanced AI-driven optioneering. The new product and pricing model represent a significant evolution in ALICE’s platform and business model, aimed at broadening the usage and impact of AI in construction.

Frank Malangone, Executive Director of Industry Strategy and Innovation at Oracle Construction and Engineering, lauds the introduction of ALICE Core as an added value for users of Oracle’s scheduling solutions. The collaboration between ALICE and Oracle signifies a commitment to leveraging AI in optimizing construction schedules, marking a notable advancement in the construction industry’s technological landscape.
