Future of Work is PMP’s annual industry platform hosted at Shop XL in Maple Ridge. The event convenes owners, general contractors, trades, technology partners, educators, and emerging talent to explore the people and technologies shaping construction across British Columbia and beyond. The 2026 theme, Powered by People, Driven by Tech, is delivered over two focused days. Day One highlights leadership, workforce development, retention, culture, and the next generation, then closes with a signature industry mixer designed for meaningful connections. Day Two dives into technology, AI, software integration, and industrialized construction, with case studies and demos that translate innovation into action.

PMP hosts the venue, but the stage belongs to the industry. Future of Work exists to share knowledge, strengthen partnerships, and advance construction together.
