Concrete Ontario recognizes the many accomplishments of the women working in the concrete industry. By sharing their stories and experiences we hope to continue to raise awareness and support inclusive work cultures where women’s careers can thrive. Join us in celebrating the growing number of women in the ready mixed concrete industry and choose to challenge, recognize gender bias and call out inequality.
