Tribute to Joe Wrobel

At its Annual General Meeting in March, the Canadian Construction Association (CCA) welcomed Ray Bassett as chair of the 2021-22 Board of Directors, and thanked outgoing chair, Joe Wrobel, for his dedicated leadership during a very challenging year.
