The Oakridge Redevelopment Project

The Oakridge Redevelopment, distinct for its cutting-edge design, is one of the largest redevelopments in Vancouver’s history. The 28.5-acre property will include an indoor mall, office spaces, a community centre, and residential towers.

EllisDon is providing pre-construction services for Phases 1 and 2, construction management services for a significant portion of the Phase 1 scope, and the role of executive construction manager for the redevelopment project.
