This video is our introduction explaining the destiny of the oldest wooden crib-styled grain elevator in Canada. This massive reclaimed wood project is by far the largest challenge we have ever attempted and worth documenting as we move through the phases. Can we do it?

We will be reclaiming not only the valuable antique wood but also the unique hardware and pretty much anything and everything that is or isn’t nailed down. The Lake of the Wood elevator dates back to 1897 and sits beside a United Grain Growers elevator dating back to the 1920’s. Both of these historical giants share the same destiny.
