The Old Eastern Avenue Bridge along Toronto’s Lower Don Trail was successfully dismantled!

As part of Waterfront Toronto’s Broadview Eastern Flood Protection project, PCL and our expert team of partners removed the decommissioned steel bridge to help mitigate the risk of flooding in the eastern Waterfront area.

With the construction of a flood protection landform, this critical infrastructure project will address flood vulnerability and enable future developments in the area.
