Ryan Cupps, Operations Manager for Lauren Concrete, talks about the efficiencies that CONNEX Inbound Materials brings to their operation. When COVID hit, they moved to CONNEX to limit person-to-person interaction, and that included interactions with their suppliers.

So they moved to accept eTickets for their powder loads and quickly began to see the benefits and efficiencies. Benefits like saving time going through paperwork to find paper tickets, tracking loads, communications with the plant, and knowing exactly when outside haulers are getting loaded.
