Keller Spain Precast Piles Puerto de Santa Maria Cadiz

Foundations for the construction of the future aerated concrete factory in the Salinas de Poniente industrial park, located in Puerto de Santa María (Cádiz).

Our client @Baublock, a Russian multinational dedicated to the autoclaved aerated concrete manufacture, hired us to study, design and carry out the works to open its first production branch in Spain.

After an exhaustive analysis of the soil and the conditioning factors of the project, we chose a solution using prefabricated piles, both for the foundations of the structures as for the interior slab. In total, 11,500 ml of prefabricated piles, with cross sections ranging from 235×235 to 400×400 mm, were installed on a 38,000 m² plot. As an execution control, dynamic load tests were carried out with our PDR-DLT equipment.
