City of St. Albert is lowering energy costs with Action Centre programs

The City of St. Albert has participated in many Municipal Climate Change Action Centre programs. They are changing their local operations to reduce their global impact. Their Municipal Energy Manager – the first one hired through the program – is helping the City and community become greener while lowering utility bill costs.
