The other day, I was doing some sales training when I noticed some chatter among the audience. When I asked what it was about, I was informed that there was a typo on one of my slides. Too often mistakes get swept under the rug because when it’s found, it’s easy to tell the person beside you, not the leaders. This is why as leaders, it’s our responsibility to open the conversation.
