CONEXPO-CON/AGG 2026 Draws 140,000+ Construction Professionals to Las Vegas for Industry Innovation

CONEXPO-CON/AGG 2026, North America’s largest construction trade show, welcomed more than 140,000 construction professionals from 128 countries to Las Vegas from March 3–7, 2026. The event brought together contractors, manufacturers, technology providers, and industry leaders to explore the equipment, digital solutions, and innovations shaping the future of construction.

Spanning over 3 million square feet of exhibit space and featuring more than 2,000 exhibitors, the event showcased equipment, services, and technologies across all major construction sectors. Attendees had the opportunity to see heavy machinery, cranes, earthmoving equipment, paving systems, and emerging jobsite technologies firsthand while connecting directly with manufacturers and solution providers.

According to show organizers, CONEXPO-CON/AGG continues to serve as a global hub for innovation and business development across the construction industry. Contractors attended to evaluate equipment, compare solutions, and make purchasing decisions that will influence future infrastructure and building projects.

A major focus of CONEXPO-CON/AGG 2026 was the rapid advancement of construction technology, automation, electrification, and digital jobsite tools. Equipment manufacturers introduced machines designed to improve productivity, precision, and sustainability on modern jobsites.

Highlights included Komatsu’s PC220LCi-12 intelligent excavator, which integrates sensors and 3D design data to help operators excavate to grade with greater accuracy and reduce rework. Komatsu also introduced the HM460-6 articulated truck, the largest model in its lineup.

Manufacturers also showcased equipment supporting the industry’s transition toward low-emissions and electrified machinery. LiuGong presented multiple advanced machines including the 870 HE Loader, 952F excavator, and the 924 FE electric excavator, reflecting growing industry investment in sustainable equipment.

Technology companies demonstrated how digital transformation is reshaping construction workflows. Topcon Positioning Systems introduced 3D-MC Edge, a technology designed to improve machine control accuracy by focusing on the cutting edge of equipment. Samsara highlighted connected operations solutions that enable contractors to monitor equipment utilization, safety performance, and fleet productivity across jobsites.

Other innovations included AI-driven and connected equipment solutions, such as the Bobcat Jobsite Companion, an artificial-intelligence-enabled system that provides operators with real-time insights and guidance to improve jobsite efficiency.

Innovation was further recognized through the CONEXPO-CON/AGG Next Level Awards, which celebrate breakthrough technologies advancing productivity, sustainability, and safety. At the 2026 event, attendees selected Husco’s GenSteer™ as the Contractors’ Choice for best equipment and Gravis Robotics’ Gravis Rack as the Contractors’ Choice for best technology.

Beyond the exhibition floor, attendees participated in more than 150 educational sessions, workshops, and live demonstrations. The Ground Breakers Stage hosted discussions on artificial intelligence, workforce development, infrastructure investment, sustainability, and the growing role of data in construction operations.

New workshops introduced in 2026 also focused on women in construction, small business growth, and equipment maintenance best practices, providing opportunities for peer-to-peer learning and industry collaboration.

As global demand for infrastructure, energy, and manufacturing continues to grow, CONEXPO-CON/AGG reinforces construction’s role in supporting economic development and resilient communities. The event enables industry professionals to discover emerging solutions, build partnerships, and prepare for the future of construction.

The next CONEXPO-CON/AGG is scheduled for March 13–17, 2029, when the global construction industry will once again gather in Las Vegas to explore the technologies and innovations shaping tomorrow’s jobsites.
