Graham is pleased to announce that, together with Stantec, we have been selected through a Progressive Design-Build process to deliver the new $152 million Brantford Sports and Entertainment Centre (SEC) in Brantford, Ontario. This collaborative delivery model allows our team to work closely with the City from early design through construction, ensuring cost certainty, schedule efficiency, and innovative solutions aligned with Brantford’s vision for a world-class, sustainable facility.
Located approximately 100 kilometres from Toronto, the SEC represents a major civic investment that will advance downtown revitalization and strengthen the city’s role as a regional destination for recreation, culture, and entertainment.
The new SEC will include 200,000 square feet of purpose-built space and seating for 5,300 spectators. Designed to host a wide range of uses including sports, concerts, trade shows, and cultural and community events. The facility will also become the new permanent home of the Brantford Bulldogs (OHL) hockey team.
