Canadian Concrete Expo 2025 Thrives with Equipment Demos, Education, and Cutting-Edge Innovation

The 7th Annual Canadian Concrete Expo took place at The International Centre in Toronto, Ontario on February 12 and 13. CCE is the largest annual construction trade show in Canada and featured 343 national and international exhibitors representing all sectors of the diverse and ever evolving concrete construction industry. Stuart Galloway, CCE President, states “the rapid growth of CCE in size, scope and visitor attendance each year indicates the need for knowledge and networking, plus the need to keep up with changing technology and equipment, in this era of modern construction.”

CCE 2025 smashed the one-day attendance record on the opening day only to be slowed on day two by a snowstorm. Overall attendance for the two-day event was 6,657 visitors with a 35% growth from provinces and states outside of Ontario. “CCE is becoming a must attend tradeshow for contractors and professionals operating in the Canadian construction industry”, says Galloway.

Two new featured areas at CCE 2025 were a major success and well received by show visitors.

First, the indoor Equipment Demo Area where show visitors were able to test and operate the latest cordless concrete construction tools at the interactive job site demo areas created by Milwaukee and Stanley Black and Decker – Dewalt. The demo area also provided visitors the opportunity to test and operate telehandlers, material handling and concrete pumping equipment which was an invaluable experience to both visitors and attendees. “The equipment demo area was a complete success and demand for this area in 2026 will likely see it double or triple in size and the number of companies participating”, surmises Galloway.

Second, the Forming, Shoring and Scaffolding Pavilion brought together all the major manufacturers and distributors serving the Canadian market. This attracted strong interest from builders, contractors and developers seeking changing technology, methods, efficiency in use and cost to projects.

Education played a key role at this year’s event with 676 visitors attending one of 29 educational sessions being offered and hundreds of others taking in the product presentations hosted on the main stage. Galloway adds, “the sessions and presentations at CCE provide a deeper understanding of advanced construction methods, sustainable materials and structural efficiency.”

Planning for CCE 2026 is already underway and will see the show grow again in size and scope. The 2026 event will be hosted on February 11-12, 2026 at The International Centre in Toronto. For more information about the Canadian Concrete Expo, please visit www.CanadianConcreteExpo.com.
