The Association of Consulting Engineering Companies – Ontario (ACEC-Ontario) announces its Board of Directors for the 2024-2025 term, led by incoming Chair, Mark Tulloch. As ACEC-Ontario approaches its 50th anniversary next year, newly appointed and re-elected Directors Carolyn Francis (Jacobs) and Tom Halpenny (H.H. Angus) will bring their skills and experience to the association’s leadership, continuing to drive the consulting engineering sector forward with energy and a strong commitment to communities across Ontario.
Mark Tulloch, CEO, TULLOCH Engineering, brings a wealth of experience and a passion for shaping the future of Ontario’s infrastructure landscape. Reflecting on the organization’s half-century milestone, Tulloch shared his vision for the future. “As we mark our 50th year, it is clear that our strength lies in our collaborative spirit, our commitment to excellence, and our unwavering focus on advancing the consulting engineering profession in Ontario. Looking ahead, I am energized by the positive momentum we’ve built and the opportunities that lie before us. Together, with our dedicated members, volunteers and stakeholders, we will continue to drive innovation, advocate for resilient design, and strengthen our industry’s impact for the benefit of all Ontarians.”
The Board will prioritize key initiatives such as fostering stronger partnerships with government and industry stakeholders, supporting small firms, promoting resilience in engineering, enhancing professional development and networking opportunities for its members.
