• THEM will compare findings to established IAQ guidelines (e.g. ASHRAE, BOMA Best, I- BEAM, LEED & WELL Building IAQ parameters)
• Most common IAQs assess a space to ensure occupants are comfortable and includes screening for potential overexposures
• We test for indicators of comfort and health, including humidity and the presence of particulates and carbon monoxide
• If there is an odd odour or occupants complain of headaches, we also provide screening for specific volatile organic compounds VOCs) to identify the source of the odour
• If water damage occurred in your space, sampling for unique microbial volatile organic compounds (MVOC) or the mould species can ensure no harmful moulds are present in the air
