LRL Property Investments Inc. filed a lawsuit against suspended Moncton structural engineer Hélène Thériault and her firm, Match Engineering, alleging design flaws that delayed the opening of a Shediac apartment building. This marks the fourth such lawsuit this year. The suit claims Thériault failed to warn of significant design issues, resulting in costly repairs and delays. Thériault’s license was suspended following multiple allegations of deficient designs. The case is pending in court.
